Open a "New Ticket" with Support

One of the best ways to communicate your question or inquiry is through our online Support Ticket System. Here, you have a record as to when you contacted us and we have an efficient system for returning your inquiry in a timely manner.


Open an "Existing Ticket" ...

If you've aleady submitted a "New Ticket", you can enter your ticket number and open that case to make further comments with regard to that matter you contacted us about. Your ticket number is sent via eMail when you first open a new ticket and again when Support posts a reply. If you do not have a ticket number, just open a new ticket.


Contact Support by Phone

If you would like to speak with a live representative regarding your account, you can reach us by phone between the hours provided below. When you call, please have your Merchant ID number ready. We look forward to serving you.


Search our Knowledge Base

You can search our entire system to find answers and solutions to many common question and situations.


Check Job Status

You can check the history of your scheduled jobs, such as eMail Broadcasts, Product/Client Database Imports and Exports, Autoresponder Subscribes, Client List Exports, Autoresponder UnSubscribes, etc.

Please bear in mind that a scheduled job should be allowed up to 24 hours to be processed. If contacting Support about any job, please reference the "Schedule ID" in your message. Please Note: It can take up to 24hrs for your undeliverable statistics to be accurate.
